Many PreK Directors and Advocates have seen the headlines about a new study that children are expelled from preschool at a higher rate than children in the upper grades
The Board of Education tells us there is no evidence to support this in UPK programs in the city. In fact, it would not be allowed. Below, please find the study and some responses to it.
